Porto Home - The Upper Floor is an apartment located in one of Porto's characteristic neighbourhoods. Very comfortable and renovated space, practical and modern, and great style mix decoration. It has a kitchen, and also a washing machine. Internet wifi 500 Mbps. You can enjoy the spacious balcony at the rear. The fantastic attic with its cozy living room is excellent for socialising among all friends and family! Ideal for those traveling by car, easy and free parking, 5 minutes from the center. For those who enjoy all the convenience of a bathroom in the bedroom, this apartment has two bedroom suite, one normal bedroom (bathroom outside the bedroom) and two single beds in the attic. Imagine taking advantage of the fantastic balcony on summer afternoons and making dinners under the stars! The attic is also one of our favourite, cozy places at any time of the year! Your 4-leg friend is also welcome to our space! Guests will have access to the entire apartment. During your stay we are at your disposal to help you with anything you need, we have a telephone available 24 hours a day so you can contact us. We will welcome you to the apartment, meet you and talk a little about our wonderful city! Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can breathe and live the day to day life of its residents. Just cross the street to go to the cafe just in front for breakfast, buy some cookies, have a light meal or even eat the specialty of Porto: the "francesinha"! Nearby you can also find supermarkets and typical bakeries! Want to go to the historical center? Enter the Bus 600 that brings you straight to downtown area! The Bus 600 takes you straight to downtown area. The Bus stop is in 5 minutes walking distance (at jardim Arca D'Água) and the bus journey 12 minutes. If your destination is Foz (beach area) the 204 will take you there! To Boavista (Casa da Música metro and bus station) it's the 704. If you come by car, just in front of the house you can park your car. It's easy and free! If you want to go to downtown area by car, it's only 5 minutes to get there. In Uber service (for example) your journey will be around 5€! The highway accesses are also very close to our house.
