Welcome! No matter what brings you to Derry, we guarantee your comfort and convenience. Our 400 square foot studio boasts privacy, style, and value. The apartment is simple, modern, and warm. Coffee, tea, and treats are provided; we want you to feel like you are home away from home. Curl up for your favorite shows with Hulu Live and enjoy your morning coffee out on the private balcony. The space accommodates 2 comfortably (with room for up to 4). This space is most comfortable for 2 people. We are located 2 miles from Tupelo Music Hall, 2.7 miles to 93S, 4.7 miles to 93N, 2 minutes from dozens of restaurants and shopping plazas, 20 minutes from the Manchester Airport, 45 minutes from Boston. There is an off-street space available for vehicles. The main entrance is through a common mudroom, with a private staircase to the apartment (above the garage). We live in the main house, which is connected to the mudroom through a separate door. We respect your privacy and security, but we are only a door away should you need anything. We are available for anything you may need, but we respect your privacy. We are more than happy to share recommendations or to accommodate any needs you may have. We love the peace of our home, as well as the extreme convenience. We are just minutes from three quaint and wonderful coffee shops, tapas, wine, entertainment, shopping, and more. Derry is equipped with well-maintained sidewalks. We are just 5 minutes from the Park and Ride that will take you into Boston. We also have a robust Uber and Lyft community here. Children and pets live on this property. You will not interact with them, but we ask that you be respectful of the following: NO parties, NO smoking of any kind on the property (cigarettes, marijuana, vape, etc), NO excess noise after 10pm. ***Our cleaning service complies with all of the state guidelines adopted during COVID-19. We exclusively use Young Living (Thieves) natural cleaning and laundering products.
