The 42 sqm unit has two restful bedrooms, a modern design living room, a fully functional homey kitchen & dinning room, a clean cozy bathroom and a balcony with a great view of Makati skyline. Both bedrooms has a queen size bed and air conditioning system. Complete with cabinets, fresh linens, fresh pillowcases, fresh towels, flat iron and ironing board. The living room space has a entertainment sound & visual system, electric fan, cable tv, broadband and a large sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen has a necessary appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, four burner electric stove with rangehood), basic cooking utensils (cookware, cutlery) and for the dinning table (glassware, dinnerware set). All properly washed and sanitized. The fully functional bathroom with all the necessities, water heater and a washing machine including a clothes rack. You can relax and unwind in a two very deluxe size pool ( for a fee) or just spend the time enjoying the magnificent view of Makati skyline while jogging around its stunning & spacious exterior garden. Kindly take note of the following: Strictly for 5 registered guests only (including infants and children) Note: No visitors allowed Check in time: after 2 pm Check out time: 11 am Condominium Security Guidelines and Protocols: 1. Upon check in each guests are requested to surrender a valid Identification Card in exchange for a guests pass (kindly bring additional Identification Card in case you need one for your other transactions). 2. Full Vaccination Card/Valid Covid Test Result (at least 3 days validity) Medical Certificate (at least 14 days validity) prior to check in. 3. A Health and Travel Declaration form to be completed by each guests and to be submitted upon arrival. 4. They will also take a photo of each guests for security purposes. 5. Guests will undergo a bag check-up procedure upon arrival for additional security. 6. Wearing of face masks is strictly mandatory. Wash & sanitize your hands regularly and always observe social distancing. Amenities: Condominium Regulations 1. Pool - using the pool has a charge of Php 150 per guests per day on regular days and Php 300 on holidays. These charges should be paid prior to the use of the facility. 2. Gym is exclusive for unit owners only and off limits to guests. 3. Parking slot is not available for guests. Pay parking is available at the ground floor of Jazz Mall. 4. No smoking inside the unit and in all common areas within the complex Note: All amenities are on the 6th floor same as the unit. House Rules: 1. Any damages, losses and lost keys will have a corresponding charges. 2. For safety purposes, kindly unplug or turn off appliances tha (Website hidden by Airbnb) are not in use or when going out. 3. Always keep the unit doors lock at all times and your valuables safe. 4. We will acquaint you with the rest of the house rules upon arrival. 5. This unit is our home, please keep it clean. However our trusted and reliable cousin Alice will meet you at the lobby to assist, familiarize you on the condo & house rules upon your arrival and assess the unit before your departure. The property is situated at cor Nicanor Garcia beside Mapua Institute of Technology. There are wide array of restaurants (Vikings, Kuya J, Wendy's, Starbucks to name a few), a complete range supermarket, salons, bakery and coffee shops at Jazz Mall conveniently located at the ground floor. Aside from restaurants inside Jazz Mall there are still a lot of choices around the vicinity that you can explore. Along Nicanor Garcia Street there are I Trully Fashion Food & Wine, Caruso Ristorante Italiano. On the other side along Jupiter Street are Romulo Cafe, Corner Tree Cafe, Bacolod Inasal and more. A few block away (4 mins walk) is Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church along Nicanor Garcia. And of course you are just few minutes away from Ayala Center and Makati business district.
