There is a charming little cafe close to the beach where you can rent sun-beds for the period. Fresh fish is caught every day and can be cooked to your taste! The villa is very new and has extremely high standard fittings: - 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with 4 single bed. Sleeps 8 - 2 full bathrooms with showers, of which one is ensuite to the master bedroom - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven - A large living room with a comfy sofa - External patio with lounge chairs, hammock, sun-beds, dining table and BBQ On top of the villa there is a large roof lounge fully equipped with a large jacuzzi bath-tub, and deck chairs, with breathtaking view of the gulf. The villa is fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are four air conditioning units. There are only two houses in the area, so it is extremely private. The area is very quiet but is very close to all services and supermarkets. The closest airport is Lamezia Terme (SUF) and is around 1hr by car (transfers available, but we recommend you hire a car to explore the region).
