We are excited to share our newest space as part of our Owls Hoot Barn offerings of vacation rentals. The cottage had 💯 renovation! Open concept kitchen dining living room, comforts of a wood burning stove in the winter and mini splits for AC! Master King with ensuite bathroom/clawfoot tub; 2nd guest queen; 3rd guest loft nook (2 twins), along with twin trundle in the great room is smart use of space to sleep 8 guests. 100+ year old beams compliment the vaulted ceilings. Remote work ready WiFi! The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. Dog fee applies $75 per pet please inquire. We support @poochesoutofpr with our pet fees…follow us on (Hidden by Airbnb) :-) We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy. All access granted. I live right across the street. I’m as available as you’d like but will respect your privacy! Local historic Reed Street, the Hudson River are minutes away. Cities of Athens and Catskill are less than 15 minutes and Hudson is about 20 minutes away. Plenty of parking onsite. A car is best to get around.
