Rostrevor Studio Neighbouring Morialta Park

***We are NOT permitting travellers from interstate to use our studio as a COVID-19 quarantine location.*** A fully-furnished detached garden set studio located in the desirable suburb of Rostrevor, down the street from Morialta Conservation Park and only 15 mins to the CBD. Our gorgeous studio has been tastefully decorated and is located in the heart of Rostrevor, a high demand eastern suburb. With new furniture and a fully stocked kitchen, you will feel right at home. The studio is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The garden provides plenty of privacy and creates a cottage-like feel. We've recently purchased a brand new Delonghi Nespresso Essenza Mini pod machine. The first box of pods is on the house. We love coffee too. Your own charming private entrance takes you through the backyard gardens of the main residence to the studio. You may call Katie at anytime at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) if you need anything. The neighbourhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet. A perfect retreat for a single or couple. You can hop on a bus from either of the nearby bus stops, only a block away: Stop 27 Maple Avenue (South West side) or Stop 25 Morialta Road (South side). Jenkins Avenue is a very wide safe street and there is plenty of free street parking. In the wake of COVID-19, we have taken further measures to ensure our guests stay safe. 1. We are using industrial strength disinfectant to clean the entire studio. 2. White sheets, pillowcases, and towels are bleached after each guest. 3. Guests may self check-in/out to avoid contact. 4. Although we are fit and healthy, we will keep a safe distance of 1.5 metres from our guests. The home owners live onsite in the main house. If you need anything, just ask. We are happy to help. Please note that we work out of a small private office adjacent to the studio.
