The Lake House 3

The Lake House 3 is located in the basement of my home and is a modern and cozy space. It sleeps 2 people in a queen sized bed and is a very quiet and private room. There is a spacious closet where you can store your things. This space shares a bright and beautiful bathroom with the Lake House 2. It also shares a TV room with the Lake House 2. The neighbourhood is quiet with mostly retired folks living here. You will see a lot of people walking dogs or going for a jog through the parks and trails. Everyone stops to say "Hello"! Includes use of private family room with large smart TV where you can watch Netflix. Unlimited access to internet. Right next to the TV room is a coffee bar where you may help yourself to coffee anytime. And you may also use the back deck when weather permits for your morning coffee - listen to the birds and watch the flowers grow... Really you can use any part of the house except for my bedroom and ensuite bathroom. I'm around if you have any questions or concerns. Otherwise I'll give you your space. This 5 year old contemporary home is located in one of the finest neighbourhoods in St.Thomas. The Lake House is on a quiet dead end street - step out my door to access Pinafore Park and Lake Margaret's miles of beautiful hiking/biking trails. A wonderful place where you can relax and enjoy some solitude and natural surroundings. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the big city, look no further!
