This home is on a village hill close to all public transport and within 5 minutes of the A55 and the A470, which allows you easy access to all that North Wales offers. Your home has ample indoor and outdoor living space. You will have 3 double bedrooms all have televisions, 2 lounges, an open plan kitchen/dining room and 2 bathrooms set over 3 floors. There is a large balcony with seating overlooking the wonderful views of the Conwy Estuary, RSPB Conwy, the Mountain Ranges of the Ogwen Valley and Snowdonia beyond. On the ground floor there is additional covered outdoor space with a bar and seating. The garden has a sun lounge area and large brick BBQ. You have exclusive access to the whole property and gardens. The house is situated within a residential area of Glan Conwy and within walking distance of nearby amenities (Snowdonia Garden Centre, Cafe and Pubs) Glan Conwy has a train station and bus service and is in an ideal location just 1 mile from the main expressway (A55) into North Wales. With both Manchester and Liverpool Airports just an hour away. Euston to Llandudno Junction is 3 hours 35 minutes by train. We are just 20 minutes from Zip World which boasts the longest Zip Wire in Europe, the Slate Caverns and Bounce Below (trampoline in the caverns). Just 10 minutes away you will also find Plummet 2 which is a free falling 100 foot drop, the first of its kind in the UK, the Forest Coaster and Tree Tops high ropes. We are 3 miles from the historical town of Conwy with its imposing Castle surrounding the town. Located on the harbour inside the castle walls you will find the smallest house in the UK, unique shops, restaurants and bars, with one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. 1/2 mile further on lies Conwy (Caernarfonshire ) Championship Links Golf Course, which is host to the 2021 Curtis Cup. Just 5 miles away is the seaside town of Llandudno with its long promenade and Victorian Pier. Llandudno is home to various activities to suit all age groups including a Dry Ski Slope with Tobogganing and Snowboarding; The Great Orme Tramway transports passengers through the Great Orme Country Park and Nature Reserve to the summit; Or ascend on the longest Cable Car in Britain. Llandudno also boasts two excellent golf courses. For you theatre lovers there is Venue Cymru which hosts amazing musicals and shows throughout the year. Colwyn Bay is 5 miles away, a seaside town with a newly modernised permanent beach and waterfront, great for water sports and equipment hire, and is perfect any time due to its dry beach. Colwyn Bay is also home to the RGC Welsh Rugby Union Team. The Welsh Mountain Zoo which opened in 1963 to the public has over 35 acres of land and is dedicated to conservation. Just a short walk away there are local buses and trains from the village, taxis are also readily accessible (contact details available at the house). For those of you who want to explore North Wales and it’s many walking trails and activity centres a vehicle would be of advantage. No stag/hen parties or events, maximum 6 persons Bedroom with the two single beds zip together to make a super king size bed depending on your requirements, please let us know in advance.
