Quiet room near lake and hospital: rm 2

Clean, comfortable room with full access to the home. Queen sized Tempurpedic bed. Home is updated and tastefully redecorated with full kitchen, washer/dryer and fenced back-yard. Animals are welcome. 30% discount for stays of 1 week or longer. 50% discount for stays longer than 30 days. Dogs extra $25 fee per visit fee with the responsible dog owner plus $2 day. House is completely updated. The owner, who works days, is on the property. The yard has undergone a MAJOR remodel that includes a large gazebo complete with outdoor lighting and fire pit. Feel free to have a glass of wine and enjoy a deep breath. Guests will have access to free WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, with all spices, coffee and oils for share available (both cooking utensils and serving dishes), a clean full-size bathroom with tub, plus guests can use the living room (has cable Smart-TV and Amazon) and dining room. All the house is available including a fully stocked kitchen, Gazebo with outdoor light and firepit, and laundry room. The garage and storage closet are private spaces that are locked. I travel frequently and may not be home at the time of your visit. I'll interact as much (or as little) with my guests as they would like. If my guests inquire, I'm happy to offer directions and advice on local sights, parks, shops, eateries, etc If I am home, We are living in the house so the common space (kitchen, living area) will be shared. If not home, I am available by cell ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) The neighborhood: A simple three street, tract-style neighborhood. The area has a great flat walking path that overlooks the lake, vineyards and walnut orchards. It is an outlying tract style neighborhood that has birds and wildlife in the surrounding wild land. It is pleasant to walk around if you enjoy nature. There is a great 2 mile walk that includes a beautiful view of Clear Lake and Mount Konocti. The house is located on the north side of Lakeport. There is no public transportation or lake access near the home. They house is located in a tract home style neighborhood. Please follow quiet rules after 10 PM. I have two rooms that rent on a temporary basis. You might share a space with another professional.
