White Room- Shared Bathroom

The farmhouse is located on a mountainside that provides a beautiful view of the Portuguese countryside. It is close to delicious (and inexpensive!) restaurants, hiking trails, river beaches, and only a short drive away from Geres national park, the historic cities of Braga and Porto and numerous oceanside beaches. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The house has 6 bedrooms and can sleep groups of up to 11 people in beds and full amenities - welcome to your home away from home! The main floor of the house has 6 bedrooms (3 with private baths), each uniquely decorated, a cozy library and a bright, elegant sitting room. Breakfast will be served in the family dining room at a grand table overlooking the pool and vineyards below. For an additional cost I can happily help customize your trip, whether your interests are hiking, biking, water sports or more. Pilates classes can be arranged by the pool daily and ask about our events calendar. Outside, enjoy the 22m natural spring water swimming pool, or for the little kids, a shallow wading pool surrounded by beach sand. Relax on beach chairs overlooking the mountains, or cook up dinner on the outdoor bbq and dine al fresco on any of the patio spaces. With ample gated parking, gardens for walking in, fields for exploring, and picnic tables to take advantage of in different areas, you may forget your day trips and end up spending your whole holiday right here! The farm is rented to only one group at a time, which means that all the amenities listed will be for your exclusive use... except for me! I live in the attic apartment and am here to answer questions, help manage your living requirements, give you advice on things to do in the area, where stores are, etc. We live in an apartment downstairs so are available to answer any questions you might have. There are frequent buses that will take you close to the area where the farm is but only one bus a day goes by the house. It's much easier to have a vehicle to get around and explore. There's lots of parking available. For those without a car, there are local grocery trucks that pass by each week that you can buy groceries, meat, bread, etc from.
