Share our cozy retreat in the quiet farming countryside very near the Snake River just 10-15 minutes from Twin Falls, Jerome, the mall, Perrine bridge with daily base jumpers, Shoshone Falls, Centennial Park Boat Dock with Kayak rentals and boat tours, Zip lining the Canyon, numerous local golf courses, St. Luke's Hospital, and the Temple. Cattle are grazing in the nearby pastures and 5 horses begging to be petted. If you are lucky, you might get to enjoy one of Sandra's fresh baked treats! The inside of our guesthouse will make you feel like you are in a "cabin in the mountains" with log furniture, knotty pine trim and doors, gas fireplace, claw foot tub for soaking bubble baths, Roku TV with access to recent movies via Plex, Netflix and many other features. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and some snacking accessories in the Armoire in the master bedroom, but there is NO KITCHEN and NO WALL shower, although the clawfoot tub has a handheld shower fixture for rinsing while sitting. We have a Tesla charger for your use. If you visit during the summer or fall, the surrounding yard will be full of flowers and the pond, multiple gazebos, and picnic tables and benches everywhere will have you wanting to spend your time in the beautiful backyard retreat we think is a little bit of Heaven. We will be available occasionally on site, as we live in the main house, but will be accessible via phone or text most of the time to help with any questions you might have. We are out in the beautiful farming area on the north side of the Snake River and live on the same farm that Sandra grew up on that fronts the canyon for 2.5 miles. Her parents, siblings, and several children live up and down the road and in the area. There is a new Visitors Center on the south side of the Perrine Bridge over the Snake River Canyon, that will give you lots of information and options for things to do. We are 10 minutes from the bridge over the Canyon. You will want to go there anyway, as there usually are BASE jumpers from all over the world at the bridge almost year round. This bridge is about the only place in the US to legally jump off in a parachute! There are beds for 5 people. If more people than that are staying, then there are two couches that could be slept on.
