You will find the garbage room in the same floor near the lift. DO NOT leave trash outside door or hallway or public spaces. Enjoy a homey feel in my humble abode ! my sweet cozy home is yours to enjoy! Please feel at home :) I'm available to answer any questions you have and would be glad to give travel tips as well. This neighborhood is very special. Everything is soooo accessible but my favorite as a designer, food lover and world traveler are the designer shops and designer restaurants nearby. Getting around is so convenient. May it be by public transport , by private car (parking at the second floor is available with a fee) or by walking (I do have those big umbrellas to protect you from the sun or rain) which I recommend since Philippines, as everyone knows is congested. 20 mins to Ninoy Aquino Airport (with no traffic) 12 mins to different malls Glorietta, Greenbelt, SM Makati 10 mins to Rockwell Power Plant 5 mins to Century City Mall 5 mins to Alphaland City Club 12 mins to Makati Shangri-La Hotel theres's some noise coming from the rooftop every now and then, don't be alarmed that’s the water pump ---- Philippines is now experiencing El Nido (draught) --- shortage of water.
