River House “Suncica” with amazing view

New one bedroom cottage, for up to 5 people, with 45m2 terrace on the river to enjoy and refresh yourself during hot summer days. Located on island, 2km from beach. Our cottage, located 1.4km from Bojana bridge, will provide you unique vacation experience, with direct access to the River Bojana and amazing view of the sunset that will leave you speechless. Cottage is supplied with WiFi and cable TV, and it is fully equipped with everything you need. The king size bed in the bedroom provides sleep for 2 people. The living room sofa and chair have pull out beds that provides additional sleeping for up to 3 people. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy freshly made dinner on the terrace after beach day or city stroll. The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. We are here for you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Please keep in mind that this is our holiday home, we live and work in Podgorica. We are not available 24/7 but we will try to act/response as quickly as possible. There is enough parking place in the backyard, in the tree shade. Taxi is available in Ulcinj, but unfortunately no public transportation. In case you need any arrangement for transport (from/to airport or across Montenegro), we will be more than happy to help you with it. Just send us enquiry in advance. July and August can be very crowded months, please note that you can expect: crowd, boats, parties and sometimes very loud music on Ada, and electricity/water shortage. Road on the island to the cottage (1.4km) is macadam. There may be some mud puddles after rain , but the road is passable.
