The Cottage is detached, self contained and comfortably sleeps 4 people, in two excellent sized bedrooms, one on the ground floor with Twin Single Beds (please note -The headroom is limited to 6' 2" in the twin bedroom) The other bedroom on the first floor is a bright and airy loft room with a Comfy Double Bed. Plenty of parking space for 2 cars. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the lovely Cheshire countryside and only only 3 mins walk from a great Bistro Pub - The Badger For the Gourmets there is a well equipped kitchen for preparation of your own culinary delights. A deck with table and chairs overlooks the Orchard and River valley ...and of course plenty of space for your four-footed friends The whole cottage is for the exclusive use of Guests Bookings are 3 nights minimum with check in at 4pm - Checkout by 12noon. The cottage is next door to our home so any problems just ask... The Medieval Village of Church Minshull is only 2 mins walk from the Cottage. Historic Church, Pub and Elizabethan houses (Elizabeth Minshull was the Poet Milton's wife, born opposite the Pub.) The River Weaver flows gently through the field at the back of the cottage where the public footpath leads through the Bluebell Woods and up to the Canal where there are great walks down the towpath to the Marina and nearby woodland. An excellent farm shop with local produce is a 2 minute drive away at Minshulls Nursery. Walk to the village is 2 mins away where there is a regular Bus to Crewe and Northwich. Trains from Crewe reach London in less than2 hours. Manchester airport is a 30 min drive away.
