SM Jazz 1-Bedroom Condo at the heart of Makati

If you like convenience as I do, then you will appreciate our cosy family’s 1-bedroom condo. It’s located in the heart of Manila- Makati Business District, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, big supermarket and a convenience store right on the ground floor. Also, there are several bars, stores and restaurants not far from the residence. The best part – there is an outdoor swimming pool on the 6 Floor! It’s awesome! The whole residence area is secured, therefore, it’s pretty safe there. It’s a nice, small 1-bedroom condo (28 square meter) on the top floor of the Jazz Residence with window and balcony facing the swimming pool. As a traveller you will find everything you need in the condo: •Hot shower and clean towels, •High speed Wi-Fi, •Cable TV, •Iron with ironing board, •Fridge •Stove •Good bed to sleep on •Washing machine Enjoy your stay! You have an access to outdoor swimming pool for small fee - from 150-200 PHP that should be paid in Administration Office (2nd Floor 9AM - 6PM ). Please write me any time if you have any issues or questions. While you are in Manila, I recommend you use such apps as Grab or Uber. Also, you can use taxi, every taxi driver knows Jazz Residence. But be ready to pay more in comparison to locals, it’s pretty normal. Upon confirmation of stay, please send us the copy of your passport. We will then forward this to the building security office. Upon check in, please present a copy of your identification (passport) for validation and confirmation. Also, as a standard process, the building administration requires guests to provide an ID in order to be issued a temporary access card to the building.
