Moraira Casa - walking distance of beach and town

A two storey Casa, with a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful community of Los Almendros. Plenty of space for sofas, BBQ and dining table, with a lovely view during the day, and pretty fairy lights in the evening. The pool area is less than one minute walk along a treelined pathway, and is easily the best looking pool in any community in the whole of Moraira. Playa D'Ampolla beach and Moraira town is less than a 20 minutes gentle walk with plenty of family friendly bars and restaurants. Charming property on a small private complex tucked away in a quiet area of Moraira within a 20 minutes walk of the town and main beach. Open plan design to incorporate the kitchen, living and dining room with TV, superfast fibre Wifi and access to the outside terrace overlooking the private garden. A treelined path leads to the stunning communal pool area. There's lots of grass where you can take the sun loungers, and shady places under the trees or attractive permanent umbrellas. The end of the pool has a separated shallow area ideal for children. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a family bathroom with bath and shower. An internal staircase leads downstairs to a further bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed, a family bathroom with another bath and shower and the utility room with washing machine are spare fridge for extra drinks! Hot and cold air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and wifi is available which is being upgraded to superfast fibre. Outside is a first floor terrace with lovely views, BBQ (gas or charcoal), with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as comfy sofas. Lots of candles and fairy lights create a lovely space to spend your evenings. The whole house is available for use except for a storage area undergound. We have lots of local contacts to help with any issues. Moraira is a beautiful town that's ideal for a relaxing holiday and is especially suitable for families. Many restaurants - lots of choice of low cost pizzeria's, or high end fine dining. Lots of bars overlooking the sea and marina too. All of this is available in walking distance as well as the large, well kept sandy beach. Easy base to explore Valencia, the Old Town of Altea, water and theme parks in Benidorm, and the beautiful hilltop village of Guadalest. Or, just sit on the sofa outside the house and soak up the sun, whilst the kids make friends around the fantastic communal pool. Moraira was originally a fishing village that has been lovingly bulit up over the years, under strict planning laws that have prevented the large hotels and apartment blocks being built. This has kept Moraira more "exclusive" that the surrounding tourist towns. There's lots of parking available right next to the house. The walk into town is downhill but not steep (unlike many other properties in Moraira).
