The home is situated in the village of Fabci, Višnjan, Istria. Which has a small community made of 28 inhabitants. Its low traffic area, right next to a trailhead for those nature lovers or joggers. The home is just 20 minutes from the city of Parenzo and the beaches. This large 3 bed / 1 bathroom modern style home is open, airy, bright and cheerful. Almost everything in this house is brand new. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It has ceramic tiles as flooring with living room which has hardwood style flooring. Those who rent this house will have all the privacy and exclusively them can use the home and all the content which is given with it. I will be available 24/7 for the guest. I will not bother them if they did not call or asked for something. The village of Fabci is a small village located between Baderna and Višnjan.
