Bathed in natural light, this newly-renovated apartment encompasses everything you'll love about beachside living. Its defining feature is an oversized balcony directly overlooking the ocean. Indoors, it features an open plan design with ample living space and dining area, plus a dedicated laptop friendly workspace for those taking emails and answering calls from home. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern utensils and appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. Enjoy your meals indoors or dine alfresco on the balcony. There is a large outdoor dining table, seating six, and a barbecue for cooking up a storm. On the balcony there are also day beds to kick back and relax. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa from which you can take in the views. In the bedroom, a plush mattress and hotel-quality linens guarantee a good night's rest. There is also a television with Apple TV and all local channels, a large wardrobe and ironing facilities. A stylish bathroom features a rain shower with excellent water pressure and a brand new washing machine and dryer. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Please note that the balcony does not have a partition between ours and the neighbours but we have always respected each other's space. On Hall Street you'll find renowned restaurants and cafes - including Bills, Gelato Messina and A Tavola - while the waterfront strip of Campbell Parade is lined with surf rentals, fish 'n' chip shops and trendy bars. There's something to enjoy at every hour of the day. Don't miss a morning coffee and pastry at Sonoma and a sundowner at Hotel Ravesis overlooking the ocean.
