The Building is over 100 years old and recently underwent an absolute complete renovation. You have access to the entire second floor which has a private street level entrance door and flight of stairs. The second floor loft living space is around 1500sq/ft. You also have exclusive use of the private roof deck which is the same size footprint and boasts the best views of Sewickley, anywhere. Gas grill, two person jacuzzi, outdoor dining and lounge space is also at your disposal. Sonos sound system equipped on main floor as well as roof deck. Wall mounted 82 inch Samsung smart TV with Bose surround sound. Wireless remote 10 foot blinds yield access to 5 french doors which can be opened in the right season to enjoy the weather and views of Sewickley. The kitchen is fully stocked (overstocked) with everything you can imagine; All-Clad, Le Creuset, Vita-Mix, Kitchenaid, Nespresso, etc, etc, etc. You are also welcome to all of the cooking staples - spices, oils, etc. Additionally we will leave the bar in tact and you can help yourself to basic liquors and cocktail ingredients. Washer/Dryer is also located in the closets in the bedroom area. Queen pillow-top mattress in the bedroom for a great night sleep and walk in slate shower to clean up on the way there. Heated towel rack. Extra linens and towels are also provided and stored in the closet. You will be provided with a unique numerical code to access the front door during your stay. Codes are input and deleted upon checkin and checkout. Our loft is located in the heart of Sewickley, a small town located about 15 minutes driving distance from Pittsburgh; and surrounded by local coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. You can walk everywhere and easily take a bus or Uber into down town if you wish. Additionally, explore the Sewickley Heights and discover beautiful hikes and nature-filled parks. Metered street parking is available a few steps from the front door (free on weekends and evenings) and we will also provide you with a permit parking spot around the back of the building for guaranteed free parking for the duration of your stay. The 14 bus line also stops and picks up on the sidewalk surrounding the building which provides direct access to the sport fields and downtown. Uber is always available in the area as well.
