Horse Ranch Experience!

Enjoy a private horse riding lesson. Roasting marshmellows over the fire. Walks around the ranch. Visit historical areas. Go bird watching at Grey Lodge. Shoot skeet and other fun activities! The space is perfect for 1 person or a couple who want to experience ranch life. Butte Star Ranch is a working horse ranch where people board their horses and enjoy horseback riding. If you are looking for the western ranch experience and you love horses you will not be disappointed. The space has kitchen, living room, 55" TV, washer/dryer, oven, refrigerator, and 1 bedroom and bathroom! Enjoy your stay by scheduling a trail ride or come on a night when the locals are using the riding arena to team rope. There is also area on the property where guests can have a camp fire, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the sunset. We enjoy hosting airbnb guests. This is a hobby for us, so we enjoy you as much as you enjoy us. If you want privacy just let us know, we are here to serve you and make sure you enjoy your stay. The Sutter Buttes are the smallest mountain range in the United States. The Buttes offer their own unique experience. You can hike, bike, flyover, or drive through the Buttes. You can also visit near by attraction such as wild life refuges, historic downtown Marysville where some of the first gold miners lived. Take time to fish the Yuba, Feather, and Sacramento rivers or hunt the pacific fly way for waterfowl. Getting around is easy. The ranch is centrally located and nearby cities such as Yuba City and Marysville offer all the conveniences that most are accustom to. There is plenty of parking. Depending on the time of the year that you visit you can enjoy our local Peach Festival, Yuba Sutter Stroll, Sutter Buttes Day, Sutter County Fair, or Marysville Stampede. Downtown Yuba City also has many restaurants and brewery's to enjoy!
