The Little Big House

Our two story home has everything you will need to have an exceptional vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. The bathroom is spacious.There is one bedroom on the first floor and 4 beds on the second floor open loft. Our home is unique with its wooden ceilings, plenty of natural lighting in every room, and is located close to town with all of its ongoing attractions as well as hiking trails and the great outdoors! You have access to the entire house. We are available by email and phone. The house is located about 1 mile from the village of Long Lake. Grocery stores are seasonal. There are restaurants and pubs, as well as a public beach and public boat launch within minutes drive.The Lake Placid hiking trail is within a ten minute walk or you can drive to the States parking area just a minute down the road. If climbing mountains is your thing there are different degrees of challenges within reasonable driving distance. Auto is the best means of getting around, but if you bring your own bikes it only a short ride to town and other destinations. Our home has Wifi as well as Roku, dvd player and surround sound speakers. We have board games as well as beach blankets for our guest, a fire pit and chairs, as well as a picnic table.
