House in Epanomi, private garden and near the sea.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a big kitchen with a table (5-6 persons can eat comfortably), a hall, a bathroom, a garden and a balcony with a table and chairs. Our home is non-smoking but you can smoke outside. The neighborhood is quite , very safe and has everything you need from banks to super markets and any kind of local stores, a pharmacy, medical services, cafes, bakeries all within walking distance. The sea is 3/4 km from the village and Epanomi has 40km of sandy beaches that you can visit for swimming. Some of the beaches are well organized (Potamos) and reachable with public transport. Other beaches, such as Fanari, need a car or a bit of walking to reach, however, the landscape is totally thrilling. There are also various cafes and taverns close to the beaches and Paralia is great for eating out in the evening. The bus stop for public transport to Thessaloniki or to the beach is only two minutes on foot from the house and the single trip ticket costs around 1.00€. Epanomi is a popular destination for summer vacation because of its crystal clear sea, sandy beaches, beach bars, restaurants, night life and fresh seafood. As it is less than an hour from Chalkidiki, it is quite convenient for having short excursions there. We will meet on the day of your arrival in order to take you to the house , give you the keys and show you all you need to know for a comfortable and unforgettable stay! Do not hesitate to ask about other things you may want to do during your stay. After your vacation in Epanomi, use ferryhopper platform ( far away from others ) to get your ferry tickets :) It is the best way to travel to the Greek islands . The house is in the center of the town so everything you may need from daily necessities to eat out ,cafes, pharmacies , doctors , are within walking distance.
