Studio apartment for two on the ground floor of a family house. During your stay you are our only guests. Available for you is the yard, surrounded bay a dry stone wall, in the shade of olive and fig trees, with green garden view. There is also a space in the yard for barbecue preparation, for lying in a hammock or sitting in a swing, a secured space in the yard for parking in the shade, and you have the option of using bicycles and deck chairs for the beach. Studio apartment with a separate access and a semi-open loggia is a space where you will be completely alone, while you will share a large green yard with my family members - mother Gorana, father Milan, sister Marina, brother in law Jure and niece Gea living in two other apartments in the family house. You won't see me every day beacuse I live in another location in Sibenik, but if you need me I'll be available, as well as my family members who live in the other two aprtments in the family house. I can, if you wish, show you some hidden beaches nearby and discover quiet places you won't find in tourist guides or go with you to buy fish directly from the fishing boat and help with the barbecue. Quiet suburb of Šibenik with family houses, very close to the beach with all facilities and very close to the city shopping area, many restaurants and bars in beach area. walking and bike trails, across the Krapanj - lowest inhabited and least settled island on the Adriatic. The studio apartment is close to Adriatic coastal road (D8) and are quickly and easily accessible to the center of Sibenik, ports for trips to nearby islands, a spectacular promenade in St. Anthony Channel which connects Sibenik with the Adriatic Sea at the end of the estuary of the river Krka - a karst beauty with magnificent waterfalls along which there are numerous hiking and biking trails. In the yard of the apartment there is a parking space in the shade; for a stay in Brodarica and enjoying its beaches and promenades, a car is not needed, the center of Sibenik is 5 kilometres away, close to the public transport bus station, and the easiest available parking in Sibenik is the one in the city port. On the equipped beach you can see from the yard, which can be reached in five minutes of easy walking, you can not only swim, sunbathe and enjoy other summer joys, but also use free exercise equipment and basketball and volleyball courts.
