Plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house. Less than 1 mile to the 405 fwy and a 10-minute drive from OC Airport. Great restaurants and theaters are minutes away. Huntington Beach pier is 5.6 miles away. I have a cat. Not suitable for infants. One bedroom available with private full bath (not attached). Bathroom with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, clean towels Coffee or tea available upon request. Verizon Fios High Speed Wifi, Netflix Street parking always available, except for Wednesdays (street sweeping) Beach towels, cooler Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, back yard and patio. Over-night or weekend guests may use the microwave. Guests who are staying for a week or more may use the kitchen and outside gas barbecue for occasional cooking, but please be reasonable. I will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. I'm more than happy to chat if I have time. I will always be available to answer questions and recommend restaurants, live entertainment, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Close to the beach, downtown, Bella Terra shopping center and excellent restaurants. 20 minute drive to Disneyland. For getting around I recommend Uber or Lyft. My cat is friendly but shy.
