"The Artist's Villa"

Welcome to our charming place in the countryside of Tuscany, located 40 minutes from the International Airport of Pisa and 1,28 minutes from Florence. An Oasis of peace,Near by Volterra the astonishing Etruscan city immortalised in the tv serie Twilights (20mn), San Gimignano the New York fo the 14th Century (35 mn), Siena (40mn) and Florence and the coast (15mn). The house give straight view on the Tuscan hills and you can enjoy an astonishing sunset or lunch,dinner under the gazebo. The house, built at the end of 1800, has two bedrooms with its own full bathroom with a shower and toiletries. There is an open kitchen fully equipped with a sitting breakfast area, a dining room, and spacious living room with a fireplace that face the garden. The house have old topical wooden furnitures and some vintage pieces. The window have new nets. There is no wifi but yes the spot is catch ed by the international data lines Orange Wind Vodafone from personal mobiles. It s suitable for people looking for a country side place if searching for design I suggest to look elsewhere. The house as a professional housekeeper and a gardener. The house is not suitable for small children. We have a Chef in Casino di Terra available on demand to prepare dinner. Note: The price of Chef is not included in the rental. The house is located 14 miles from Volterra, and 10 miles from the beautiful beaches of Cecina Mare and Le Gorette. The rental is a minimum of one week and can go up to longer periods. Check-in will start from 2 p.m. is until 7 p.m. Check-out is by noon. Note: On top of rental, there is an extra 100 Euro for cleaning the house when you will check-out. it is possible to have the house cleaned and changing towels if you stay longer than a week for 50 Euro. All the house is available. Contact the host by phone if there is an emergency. We also have a person that lives by the house that would be able to help if you have an issue or concern in the house. A hundred meters from the house there is shoes and clothing store, a post office, and a very good restaurant, Ristorante Mocajo. There is a public pool 5 minutes driving from the house. The house is located in front of the Casino di Terra Rail Station. The train is not working on summertime so the Rail company has organized buses from Volterra to Cecina and vice versa. The bus stop on route 68 by train station If you need to go to Cecina or Volterra on public transportation.
