A home away from home

My beautiful home is a 3 story townhome. This is not a entire home rental. I have two guests rooms with a full guest bathroom on the third floor. One room has a very comfortable King bed. And the other bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. All sheets and towels are provided. I also have two friendly dogs. So if you like dogs then this is a great place to stay. Guests can park at anyone of the guest spots in the development. Their two guest parking spots a few spots down from my house. The space is two guests bedrooms and a private guest bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps 2. Maybe three in the bedroom with the king bed. If you are booking for 2 people would get to choice either of the bedrooms. You can have use of the kitchen (Just not the stove). You can also sit out my deck as well. I have two dogs. My dogs are very friendly. They do have complete freedom in the common areas of the house. I am respectful of guests having space. You must love dogs to stay here. You gain access through the front door. The door as a electronic lock. Code will be given at the day of arrival. When leaving the house make sure you only lock the top lock not the bottom lock. I do like to socialize with guests. And my dogs are very social as well. But I am respectful of your privacy and space. My development is nice neighborhood. Their is playground for the kids. You can also take a nice walk around the development as well. The beach towns are really nice. Southern Delaware as some of the nicest beaches on mid Atlantic coast. And during the spring, summer and fall. There is always something going on. With farmers markets, festivals, shopping at the outlets. Walking around the beach towns in Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany, Fenwick beaches. With really good restaurants. There is plenty to do for everyone that visits. And the distance from my house to areas is not a far drive. Drive times to different destinations Dover downs- 40 minutes Downtown Lewes- 30 minutes Tanger outlets- 30 minutes Golf courses- 5 to 15 minutes Rehoboth beach 35 minutes Ocean city Maryland- 40 minutes Assateague island- 25 minutes Berlin, MD- 20 minutes Lewes-cape May ferry-30 minutes. You will need a car to get around. It’s fairly easy to drive around. When guest are returning from the beach. Please use the hose outside by the entrance door to wash the sand off. Pet policy: Dogs are accepted on case by case basis. I only accept dogs. No other animal is permitted. Because I have two dogs myself. Dogs must be update on all their shots. They. Must be friendly with people and other dogs. They must be house trained. I would prefer no dogs on the beds. They mist also have some obedience training. Owner needs take full responsibility for there own dog. Weight limit for dogs in no more then 80 pounds. Depending on breed.
