Beautiful 3000+ sq ft Private Basement w/Theater

Come and be spoiled! Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. We love sharing our home so travelers can see this beautiful part of the country. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax. The basement has an outside entrance so you can have complete privacy during your stay. We live upstairs but are very quiet. FAMILY ROOM has a closet full of toys and games for everyone from adults to babies. There is also enough seating to sit and visit with your whole group. KITCHEN is well stocked if you want to cook your own meals. Amenities include oven with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, crock pot, pancake griddle, toaster, waffle iron, Keurig coffee and hot chocolate maker, pots & pans, frying pans, hand mixer, cookie sheets, and baking dishes. Silverware, plates, bowls and glasses are also provided. Don’t feel like getting up and cooking? I would love to make a hot breakfast for you. Prices and menu are available after booking. THEATER ROOM has 12 recliners with stadium seating. You will feel like you’re in your own private theater with 7.1 audio, 105” projection screen and tuned acoustics. You will have access to over 500 movies/TV shows, live TV and a connected PC for access to any of your own programming subscriptions. EXTRA BEDDING We have a twin and queen size air mattress that can be set up in the common area or will fit in some of the bedrooms. You are welcome to use the backyard which has a barbecue grill that you may use. Just let us know beforehand so we can make sure it’s ready for your use. We live upstairs and are pretty quiet. We would love to help you with anything you need but respect your privacy. Basically, if you need something, just let us know and we will be there to help. Very quiet family neighborhood. You’ll need your vehicle to get here but once you are, we are very close to some beautiful canyons that are perfect for hiking and biking. This space is standard for up to 8 guests but we will allow up to 12 guests for an additional fee of $15 charge per person per night for each additional guest over 8 people . Infants don’t count toward the total. I love cooking and baking! As a professional personal chef, I would love to provide a hot breakfast for you before you start your day.
