Room near the center, Hospital and University

I am Vincenzo and live with my wife Ajtena, we are 30 years old and we are 2 nurses. Our house is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one of which is available for rent. We have an open plan living room with an open kitchen. Finally there is a shared bathroom. We prepare and offer breakfast every day! Attention apartment without lift! Vincenzo and Ajtena The location of the house is very convenient: - The city center is 20 minutes away on foot (or 5 minutes by bus), - The Station Train is 20 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by bus), - The university is a 15 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by bus), - Malpensa airport 20 minutes by car or 50 minute by train (Terminal 1), - The hospital is 5 minutes on foot, - Stop Bus is 2 minutes away on foot, - The supermarket is 5 minutes on foot. In Varese you can visit the beautiful lakes (7 lakes!!) and the Sacro Monte (recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage)! We offer: - Free breakfast every morning; - We provide a free bicycle; - We provide a laptop (a bit old but good to connect to the internet) - We offer cooking lessons (dates to be agreed): traditional Italian food and Thai food (we love Thailand!) We request 10 euros for each person. After the lesson it will be possible to have dinner together. If you arrive by bus from the center / station take the E line and get off near ESSELUNGA (supermarket you will see on the left), while next to the bus stop you will find the NILO bar House Rules: - No smoking in the house; - Do not eat in the bedroom; - You can use the kitchen as often as you like, but remember to leave it in order and clean!. - We prefer that you don't walk home with shoes, we will provide slippers; - On the day of your arrival you will be asked to sign a STANDARD SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT. This is an obligation in Italy. Don't worry ... I have prepared a copy even in English!
