Pittoresque and authentic living in Haute Garonne

Maison Madeleine is a fully renovated house on top of a hill in the heart of the pittoresque tiny village of Puymaurin with its 13th century church and a château. The house is an excellent place for family or friend retreat and is suitable for up to 6 adults with smaller children. The property is located on a slope facing south/southwest with a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside and the Pyrenees. You may enjoy your apéritives and dinners on the terrace by the pool while admiring stunning sunsets over this beautiful landscape. Besides the pool there is also an open grange that provides shadow if the sun is too hot and cover in case of rain, with a big dining table, kitchen island and BBQ. The two store house has an open full equipped kitchen and a living room with dinner table for 8 persons, a fireplace as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash machine/ wash-dryer. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a toilet. The 5x9 m pool is open from middle June to middle September. The hilly landscape offers you wonderful surroundings for walks or bike tours. The Pyrénées are about one hour away, offering wonderful possibilities for randonnées and bicycling in the paths of Tour de France or to visit Pic du Midi. A Golf course, 9 holes, is 10 minutes away. The Atlantic coast (to the west), the Mediterranean (to the east) and Andorra are only a couple of hours drive away. Toulouse airport is about 45 min away. The distance to the nearest town L’Isle en Dodon is 7 km and Boulogne sur Gesse 10 km for shopping, restaurants and markets, Auch and Saint Gaudens 30 km. The guest have during their stay exclusive access to everything that comes with the house, meaning nothing will be shared with others. This also includes the pool, open grange and the garden. The guests will always have the possibility to be in direct contact with the owners either in person or by phone. If the owners are not available in person, the neighbors will provide the guest with any help needed. Own transport is necessary
