The dining table seats 10 people comfortably and the leather couches in the lounge room a recliners. Heated flooring for the lounge area. Gas stove for the ground floor kitchen. Kettle and electric stove for the kitchenette upstairs. Private balcony that faces the road. Grass backyard with patio. Whilst you have access to all spaces, please do not enter any other bedrooms that you have not booked. I’m happy to socialise or give you your own space if you would prefer. The house is next to a small park and 100m down the road there is a big oval which is perfect for long distance running and group sports such as soccer. All the restaurants are close to the station and the majority of them are authentic Korean. Other cuisines include Chinese, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern, Japanese and Pub grubs. There are two specialty bakery cafes. One of them is famous for the cheesecakes and the other is famous for their Korean baked goods. The Auburn Botanic Japanese Gardens and Peackock gallery is a 5 minute drive. Auburn pool and gym is a 5 minute drive. F45 and a dance studio is a 10 minute stroll down the road. Sydney Olympic Park is one stop away from Lidcombe station. Parramatta is a 7 minute train ride and the CBD is a 20 minute train ride. The trains arrive every 3-10 minutes. To get to Lidcombe station it is a 3 minute drive, 7 minute bus ride (bus stop is across the house and 100m down the street) or 15-20 minute walk to Lidcombe Station. Walking distance to Sydney University Cumberland Campus and TAFE. Just a heads up that I do teach from 7.30am on Saturday mornings so you will hear acoustic music being played.
