Free parking in front of the property. All kind of shops and services 2Km. THE PROPERTY: Private ingress by the gate of your villa which faces the small central street of Vitigliano village. The area is very quiet and safe with easy free parking just along the road, in front of the house. From your private garden you enter the hall, just 6 wide and easy to climb steps. Here an amazing balcony with the main entrance door of the villa. The villa consists of a main structure entirely on one floor (only a few steps to access the fireplace room from the living room), and a structure which is partly "independent" but accessible by the same entrance hall and which is part of the same property. In the main structure of the villa you'll find: - 3 bedrooms with very high vaulted ceilings. All with private bathroom en suite, mosquito nets and air conditioning. - Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, moka coffee, dishes, tablecloths, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, and all the stoves you'll need for a comfortable stay of 10 people...) - Diningroom - Lounge and fireplace room with TV - Livingroom - A service bathroom with wc, 3 washbasin, bidet, shower. The other part of the building, accessible from the same entrance hall and balcony, it is arranged on two floors, on each floor you'll find a bedroom with bathroom en suite, so: - 2 bedrooms. Also in this case the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and private bathroom inside. 5 of the 6 bedrooms overlook the silent and charming garden of the villa. The other room, very large, overlooks an internal large courtyard. In total the villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower, except one which has a bath. Vaulted ceilings and valuable furnitures. Air condition is located in the bedrooms. In the other areas of the villa you'll no need of it thanks to the thick walls of the house and the location of those spaces in the building. An electric fan will be provided on request with no problem. Washing machine service on request The private garden guarantees guests maximum levels of privacy thanks to the luxuriant vegetation and the perimeter walls. In addition to the swimming pool, here you will find table and chairs for your alfresco lunches and dinners and a relaxing area with outdoor sofas. Outdoor shower for the pool. Private swimming pool (6 x 5 meters) IMPORTANT: PRICE NOT INCLUDE - FInal cleaning: 200 Euro in total (not per person and not per day, just in total at check in) - Tourist tax: 1 Euro per person per night for the first 7 nights of a stay.
