Luxury Barn Conversion in lovely Somerset, complete with hot tub, woodburner and garden, for the exclusive use of up to 6 Adults + 2 Children. Central location for many of Somerset's attractions that include Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wedmore, Glastonbury, Weston Super Mare and Brean. Walkers, cyclists and golfers will all be in their element with plenty of spectacular walks and rides on our doorstep and a number of quality golf courses within easy reach. A warm welcome awaits! Converted barn, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The kitchen comes complete with a steam oven, microwave oven and fan oven with a wine cooler and American style fridge freezer on hand to keep things cool. A two drawer dishwasher and integrated coffee machine completes this space! The lounge comes with a large flat screen TV that has both Netflix and Amazon. More homely comfort is provided by a plush sofa and a lovely wood burner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished to a high standard and a utility room is on hand that houses a washing machine. Finally, to complete the picture, the garden patio comes complete with a 6 person hot tub and rattan garden sofa set! Guests have exclusive access and use of the barn, it's garden and it's hot tub. The owners live in the adjacent property so not far away, always there to help whilst respecting guests' privacy. They can be reached by mobile phone or by simply knocking on the door! Brent Knoll is a quiet, picturesque village with Nightingale Barn situated in the centre, at the foot of the knoll itself and a couple of hundred yards from the village pub. Guests are assured of isolation and privacy where all amenities are for exclusive use. The Barn is in a quiet village setting where guests are requested to consider the neighbours! For this purpose guests are asked not to use the hot tub after 11.30pm. The default booking period is 7 nights (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday). Please discuss any shorter stays with the host (Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday). Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets at this accommodation. This property does not permit Party Groups, Stag or Hen Do's.
