Beautiful 2Bed Flat with Balcony near City Centre

Welcome to our lovely light airy flat in zone 2 of London. Our flat has a really urban fun Hackney vibe and only 15 minutes away from the city centre and the main attractions that our city London offers. We would love to have you stay and experience all the delights of East London! You are just moments away from some of the most delicious coffee houses, eclectic bars and pubs, and almost every cuisine you can imagine. Being located between 2 stations makes access to Central London so easy. We have a modern and compact apartment decorated in a sort of mid-century - shabby chic vibe. It's our home and we love it and hope you will too. You have all the usual comforts here and Matt's a chef so there are plenty of condiments if you want to whip up a storm ;) We also have a resident gym you are welcome to utilise if you enjoy keeping fit or there is a More Yoga studio next door. guests will be able to use the whole flat which contains 2 bedrooms with very comfortable double beds, wardrobes, large and clean bathroom&toilet, fully equipped kitchen, light&bright spacious lounge with balcony. guests will be able to access residents' gym located downstairs. Tony (our co host) and his team will be on hand throughout your stay should you require anything. His number will be provided upon booking confirmation. Flat is located in Hackney Borough (zone 2) of London. Hackney is a really fun, vibrant area, with fantastic pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and art spaces. we are within walking distance to Hackney Downs and Hackney Central stations which will make your access to city centre and main attractions so easy. Our local pub, the Pembury Tavern, has an excellent selection of local beers and serves great pizza. The Vincent cafe downstairs is great for coffee and brunch and they do a mean burger. If you fancy a stroll we’re just ten minutes from London Fields and Broadway Market (hipster central) and only 20 minutes walk away from Victoria Park. The vibrant area of Hackney Vick is only 2 train stops away from us . and you can access to main football stadiums such as London Stadium (home for Westham United), Tottenham Hotspur's stadium and Arsenal's Emirates Stadium are all 15 minutes away by just one single train journeys from our home. Getting to Wembley station is just under an hour from the house by public transport. Take a walk along the Regents canal up to Angel to stretch your legs and watch the folk work the locks. We have CO-operative Supermarket right downstairs which is mega handy for a meal in. For a fancier meal, Pidgin (and it’s Michelin star) is located on Wilton way, a 15 minute walk away. The Hackney Empire is the local theatre and the Picture house is the cinema all within 10 minutes as well. Plenty of really nice dining places, cafes, natural wine shops (PiFranco is 10 minutes walk away), Spanish & Italian delis & charcuteries An under a 5-minute walk from both Hackney Downs & Hackney central station. Both connect to tube lines which will make your journey to central London so easy and quick. A bus stop right out the front of the complex has 24-hour bus services to all parts of London including direct buses to Shoreditch, Liverpool street & central London. If you are visiting London for football games, NFL games or concerts then main football stadiums such as London Stadium (home for Westham United), Tottenham Hotspur's stadium and Arsenal's Emirates Stadium are all 15 minutes away by just one single train journeys from our home. Getting to Wembley station is just under an hour from the house by public transport. You can also walk to Clapton, Dalston and Stoke Newington very easily!
