Make our beautifully designed & decorated apartment your home away from home! Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, this well equipped two bedroom garden apartment is close to a variety of markets, bakeries and cafes in town and in close driving distance to Tel Aviv (20 min) and surrounding beaches (15 min). The whole apartment is 1800 sq. ft. divided on two levels (ground floor and basement) with lots of light. You enter on the ground floor, with main room, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine/drier. Downstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms and a large living room with couch and TV. Each bedroom contains a large closet, offering ample hanging and self space to store your things. There are two desks and working areas. There is a 55" smart TV (for acess to your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), but no cable. We also provide a wireless printer in our work space area. Please note: The kitchen is kosher, with separate milk and meat dishes, silverware and pots. We provide a coffee maker, mixer and microwave as well as basic cooking essentials. Attached to our house, this apartment has a private entrance and patio space in the front yard as well as a lovely, private garden/patio space in the backyard, with recliners and table and chairs for you to entertain. Enjoy our BBQ grill in the backyard, available for your use in a shared space. And please feel free to pick lemons and limes from our trees! There is free parking on the street. Wonderful residential neighborhood in Raanana. Walking distance to bakery, grocery and Cafes and Ohel Ari synagogue. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in Ahuza.
