Renting place in a 12/16th century building

This renting place is a one floor habitation , of 150 square meter, with a large kitchen , a large living room, two bedroom, toilets, bathroom, dressing room. The charm of the place and its authenticity is magnified by the material used in its renovation and its huge inner volume . Up to 8 adults can stay there overnight, while up to 12 guests can eat ( inside or outside ) on the 200 square meter private terrace, terace which give you access to a 2000 square meter parc , perfect for children. We live in the the building next door, so we are here in case of any needs. Savigny is a small village which used to be a major abbey for the region, situated in the countryside around Lyon. Savigny is situated 25 Km away from Lyon. The Sain Bel train station is 3 minutes away by car and give you access to a direct train to Lyon. In the sector you will find a commercial zone ( 5 minutes away by car ) and a lot of small local food producers.
