Our newly constructed 800 sq ft garage apartment is perfect for your next lake vacation. We welcome our guests to enjoy the tranquility of our apartment space on stunning Lake Lanier. Easy access to GA 400 offers shopping, dining, and activities; there's plenty to do for every guest. We'd love to show you around and share our lakefront property with you! Perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations or business travel. Located 5 miles by land from Nix Bridge Park boat ramp or 2 miles by water. Close to hiking in Dawson Forest, Amicalola Falls, Appalachian Trail approach. Our area is home to the North Georgia Premium Outlet mall, the historic Dahlonega Gold Museum, the Bill Elliott Georgia Racing Hall of Fame and the University of North Georgia. We are located within 20 minutes of popular wedding venues including Cold Creek, Willows, Valley Brook, Silver City and Chestatee Golf Club. Picnic on our lakeside picnic table, swim off our dock or use our canoe or kayak in our quiet cove. Play volleyball on our lakeside sand court. Bring your own boat and use our dock for a fee. Parking is available onsite for up to two vehicles. Other vehicles can park at a nearby rideshare lot. We live on site and are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you prefer total privacy, we will make ourselves scarce :-) Dogwood Meadows is a quiet cul-de-sac with 15 homes on Lake Lanier. You can take a relaxing stroll through the neighborhood or take a swim in refreshing Lake Lanier right from our private dock! We are conveniently just 5 minutes off of Georgia 400 at Highway 53. Located about an hour from downtown Atlanta, 20 minutes from Cumming and 30 minutes from Gainesville and many activities. Located 5-10 minutes from outlet shopping, dining, Dawson Forest and boat ramps, 20 minutes from Dahlonega, wineries, and popular wedding venues, 30 minutes from Gainesville, Amicalola Falls, and the AT. The apartment is the perfect size for up to four adults and two children under 12. Because of the open stairway, the apartment is not appropriate for infants, crawlers, and toddlers. Our property is bordered by protected federal woodlands, rolling hills and a small horse farm. You may catch a glimpse of horses playing or dairy cows grazing in nearby fields. Seasonally, our apple trees, blueberry bushes, and grapevines offer special treats for our guests!
