Your apartment will be located on the first or second floor in our secure complex. Our rooms are cleaned to the highest standards by our professional in-house teams, using hospital grade non toxic disinfectants and our linen is professionally cleaned to the highest levels of the Australian hygienic standards. Our price is for up to 2 guests sharing the same bed. Use of the sofa is an additional cost. Equipped with a kitchenette, seperate bedroom, lounge/dining area, a super large balcony and a clean and tidy bathroom. Free Wifi, access to a host of books, dvd's, boardgames and complimentary beach towels. If you are booking for more than 2 guests, we can help by setting up the pull out double sofa bed, or a couple of rollaway beds. (max 4 guests). Please be mindful when booking that we do charge a little more for setting up the extra bedding. We are easy going people and love to help our guests make the most of their stay. We are onsite 24/7, so you have piece of mind that you will be safe and sound. If you wish to plan a days outing to surrounding area's then we have some great places for you to visit. Not all of these places are well known. If you haven't been to Caloundra's Bulcock Beach for a while, or it's your first time there is plenty to do. Great barista's, eateries for all diets, the Caloundra Event centre, Caloundra Cinema's and arts and craft stores. Staying at Belaire Place means you are right in the thick of it all. No need to get in the car to go to the beach, or relax watching the ships go by. The Caloundra Transit Centre is just around the corner. Or if you would like we can organise affordable transfers, door to door. We have private tours available at our tour desk, along with access to our excellent bus services if you wish to take a look around the Sunshine Coast. If it's local wlaks you are chasing, Caloundra is at the southern end of the Coastal Pathway. Winding it's way past Caloundra's 7 Beach's. If you enjoy a stroll, or taking long walks, the Coastal pathway runs past ur front door and is also home to a number of bars and cafe's, a great way to make some great memories. As mentioned in our description, the price for the motel apartment is for up to 2 guests sharing the same bed. Use of the sofa is not included in this price.
