Ryan's Holiday Beach House is a luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious deep waterfront holiday home on South Stradbroke Island with a gorgeous east facing aspect. The property is accessed directly from the pontoon by private boat or water taxi. Facilities such as pools, cafes and bars can be accessed through the local Couran Cove or Tipplers resorts. Kayaks and bikes are supplied for guest use to enjoy the beautiful natural environment. You will be personally welcomed at the home upon arrival. Ryan's Holiday Beach House is a luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious holiday home which is brand new to the market on South Stradbroke Island with a gorgeous east facing aspect. The house has been freshly furnished in a modern yet beachside theme and is the perfect location for your next waterfront escape. With a large east-facing deck overlooking the water and with ample furnished outdoor areas, Ryan's Holiday Beach House provides the ideal location for you to have a relaxing break, or a great base for your family whilst you explore the island and all that the local waterways have to offer. The area is very peaceful, with often the only sounds being the song of local birds and the occasional splash as fish jump from the water. The main area of the home is open plan with timber flooring, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and separate dryer. The home has insect screens, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. With one king, two queen and 4 single bunk beds, the home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. Each bedroom has been styled with quality linen and finishes which represent the island location. Ryan's Holiday Beach House is situated at Couran Point and as will all of the private houses in this location, is not part of the Couran Cove Island resort so best access is via private boat or water taxi directly to the 8m pontoon at the property. Whilst the location is a short distance from the Couran Cove Island Resort, where you can enjoy cafes, a restaurant and the ever popular Sunset Beach Bar, there is no direct access to a supermarket so guests are reminded that food and drinks will need to be brought with them for their stay. 6 bikes are supplied for guest use to enable you to explore and to enjoy the location and to view the abundant wildlife. 3 kayaks are also provided for use directly in front of the house ( 1 adult kayak and 2 for kids). Both Tipplers and the Couran Cove Sunset Bar are a quick boat trip from the property. The surf beach is a 2km walk on a sandy track. The bar area flows to the outside of this spacious home and is a great spot for your morning coffee and equally, an afternoon glass of wine after a busy day relaxing. There is also a 6 seat outside dining table and lounge area on the deck area with plenty of space for the family. Please note that Ryan's Holiday Beach House is at South Stradbroke Island Waters, a peaceful residential community. With respect to our neighbours, we stress that this is NOT a party house. This property is ideal for relaxing getaways with family and friends and for making amazing holiday memories however parties, disrespect to the the local community or to the rules of the waterways will not be tolerated and could lead to early eviction without refund. To protect the local wildlife, no pets are allowed at this property. You will be personally welcomed at the house upon arrival and the owners are available by phone or email to answer any questions you may have. Couran Point is home to a great deal of wildlife, especially the local golden wallabies which may pay a visit - specifically in the early morning. Dolphins also frequent the canals so keep an eye out! Access to the home is via a private pontoon so you can arrive on your own boat or via water taxi. Private cars aren't allowed on the island however there are 10 bikes and three kayaks supplied at the house for guest use. There are easy sand tracks which will take you directly to the surf beach as well as a sealed road through the adjacent Couran Cove Island Resort.
