The décor of the house is modern with a lake flare. It is 1 1/2 blocks from the village of Hammondsport and all of its wonderfulness!! It is also 4 1/2 blocks from the edge of Keuka lake. The community park and swimming area are only 1 1/2 blocks away. There is off street parking behind the house with 3 spots. There is outside seating on thd front and back porches. It quite and private. We have made it comfortable to sit back and just relax or to drop your things and go on a tour of the many award winning wineries. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The guests will have access to the first and second floor on the southern side of the house. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating as well. The home is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Hammondsport Village Square and 4 1/2 blocks from Keuka Lake. There are serval wineries, breweries, and museums within 5-15 minutes away. I will always be available by phone and will many times be at the house on the other side. I will never bother you or stop in unannounced. You will have total privacy. This is a residential neighborhood that is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Village of Hammondsport. There are several churches, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, wineries, breweries, museums, and much more. There are cab companies and Lyft available. You can also charter pontoon boat or can be rent a boat for the day or longer thru Keuka water Sports. The Village is only 1 1/2 blocks away and has everything you would need. The summer months will also give the renters the access to the back deck and the open front porch.
