Settled between old grown trees and a 12 feet tall cedar fence the cottage offers a very warm and cozy private garden that ends up on your own dock with waterfront river access to the magestic Lake Memphrémagog. Get aboard your boat or your kayak and explore the beauty of Lake Memphrémagog, of Castle brook or Cherry River marsh. Only 10 minutes to Magog's downtown Main Street with local pub's, shops and grocery stores. Ten minutes in the opposite direction is the famous Mount Orford Provincal Park with it's popular ski resort and Golf course, not to mention the Nordic Spa only 5 minutes away from our doorstep. The chalet's interior has a unique style that calls for calm and relaxation. With a totally refurnished bathroom with multi-jet shower. Two very comfortable semi-private bedrooms, one with full Queen size bed and the second room with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. The chalet is dominated by a big old style fire place that just transcends relaxation ! We care to provide you with a clean and welcoming environment. We have your well-being at heart ! An over sized cedar picnic table that can sit 6-8 pers for the pleasure of relaxing or enjoying your BBQ made meals. You can relax by the water's edge or bring your bike to discover plenty of green highways. The Magog region is where the old colonial English loyalist style meets the original French culture. Wether you seek a family getaway ,a romantic hideaway or simply a place to curl up with a good book, come and enjoy our little corner of paradise ! Kick back and make yourself at home ! Calm and quiet, the neighborhood has no street lights so the stars are beautiful ! By car for sure, to visit the area but by bike you can access the trails nearby. Please not that the bedrooms are semi-private wich means the full doors are replaced with curtains has shown on the pictures.
