Spacious Flat - In Historic Chepstow town centre
This spacious two-bedroom flat is situated in the centre of the Historical town of Chepstow Monmouthshire, the location is a great place to start your exploration of the Wye Valley and the Forest of Dean. Please be aware that this is a second floor flat and has stairs to access, so, will not be accessible to all guests. Chepstow welcomes walkers and is a good base for the Offa’s Dyke Path, The Wales coastal Path and The Wye Valley walks. Within 5 min walk to both rail and bus stations. .The Apartment is in a complex of four, mostly families. Guests will have use of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single (which can also be made into either 2 x single or 1 x double bed) please let us know when booking which bed layout you need. A travel cot is also available on request. A fully functional kitchen/diner with large oak table, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The Lounge has 2 x sofas plus Tv. Please be aware that this is a second floor flat and has stairs to access, so, will not be accessible to all guests. There is NO onsite parking, but there is a public carpark with cctv 2 mins walk away, costing £4.80 for 24 hrs. There is a communal entrance to Apartment with stairs to second floor, you will have full use of this spacious 2 bedroom Apartment with 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining room with 4 steps leading to a spacious lounge. We are within 2 miles of the National Diving Centre, The M4 and Chepstow Racecourse. HOUSE RULES No Smoking – No Pets – No Events or Parties The entrance is communal, so please respect the neighbours when entering and leaving. we are only a ten minute drive away, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help during your stay. Please be aware of the stairs to the flat and there are 4 steps between the Kitchen and the lounge (not suitable for all). Check in – Meet and Greet 2pm – 6pm. Check out – 11am Please lock up and deposit keys in box provided Chepstow High Street is a partly pedestrionised area and is best explored on foot, visit the Norman Castle, the museum and riverbank. You will be spoilt with the many places to eat and drink as you wander. An Artisan market is held every Sunday in the high street, as well as live music in local pubs on a Fri and Sat night. Tesco and M&S Food are both in walking distance. The famous Chepstow racecourse is approx. a 20 min walk from the centre of town. The M4 is a 5-minute drive away, making Cardiff and Bristol very accessible. St Pierre Country Club is a 10 min drive and The Celtic Manor approx 20 min. We are also a great base for walkers who are walking the Offa’s Dyke Path, The Wales coastal Path and The Wye Valley walks. Within 5 min walk to both rail and bus stations. The Apartment is in the centre of town, so guests are spoilt for choice with many coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. the bus and train stations are a 5 min walk. The Castle and River with pubs, restaurants and wine bar are just a short walk away. Tesco and Marks and Spencer foodhall are in walking distance and there are several small local corner shops.
