4 bedrooms and pool in Marlton NJ

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home. You will have use of the large home. The kitchen is available. Limited supplies and breakfast food will be supplied. We have a weber outdoor grill, pool (closed until late spring). and playground equipment. We also have a fire pit to enjoy. We also have a queen sized blow up bed available in the master closet as well as a portacrib. You are welcome to use the entire area, including the laundry room, porch, yard and pool. We will welcome you and be available should anything be needed. We live in a separate attached suite. The rest of the home will be available to you. The home is in a residential neighborhood. There is a school right down the street with baseball and soccer fields as well as a gaga court and playground. Close to major routes such as the NJ Turnpike and route 295. The high speed line into Philadelphia is about 15 minutes away. Philadelphia is only 30-35 minutes away. We are close to Interstate Routes 70 & 73. Route 295 and NJ Turnpike are only minutes away. Shopping is 2 minutes away. There is a beautiful shopping center called the Promenade which features upscale shopping. We also have shops like Burlington Coat Factory, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Kohl's, and Trader Joe's etc. Digger land and Sahara Sands' are within minutes. Supermarket is nearby.
