Agios Emilianos villa has an amazing view of the Aegean Sea. The 130 m2 house is located practically on the beach, a mere 14 meters away. Guests often describe our house as “A terrace on the Aegean”. The house is an air conditioned property with all the amenities of a boutique hotel. Great for couples, big groups of friends as well as families. Our villa represents the epitomy of a beachfront house. We invite you to a relaxing and memorable stay. The house has: -4 double bedrooms ( queen size beds) with 4 en-suite bathrooms/showers and a common 5th half bathroom. -Common living- room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. -air conditioning, smart 40 inches TV and Wi-fi. -100 square meter terrace and a 50 square meter veranda both overlooking the sea. It is the perfect place to take in the brilliance of this location, lean back and relax. It is very quiet as the road leading up to the house is small and private. For guests who bring a car we have an open garage that has space for up to 7 cars and scooters. The nearest supermarket is a five-minute drive and they can deliver everything to the house. One of the four double bedrooms is on a different small house (30sqm) adjacent to the main house with its own kitchenette and small fridge and bathroom/shower and it can also accommodate 2 more persons on request. To the back of the house there is a open air shower which is very convenient for the guests since most of them are in and out of the sea several times a day. We do provide a guide for our guests that lists our recommendations of restaurants, things to do and see on the island, what beaches to visit and so on. There is also a cleaning team who visits once a week to change the sheets and clean the house. Twice or three times cleaning per week is provided at an extra cost. Agios Emilianos is 12 km away from Chora the capital of Chios. Chios is a big island with a lot of history. Byzantine Enetian. We recommend renting a car. Public transportation covers few areas on the island. There are always taxis though.
