Pvt bed R/shared bath near hospital / Female ONLY

Our 4-bdrm, 2-story home has 1 bdrm available for rent to 1-2 people. Will only accommodate 2 people on very short-term reservations (ie: 2-3 days). Only 1 person for long-term reservations (over 3 days). No overnight guests. Full bath is shared. Home located on quiet residential street on West side of Oakdale, 1.5 hours from Yosemite. Travel Nurses Welcome! Upon arriving, I will require a picture ID for your safety & ours. In addition, a signed contract is required to complete reservation. ***At this time, ONLY accommodating female guests.*** Private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 4-bedroom home occupied by owner. The bedroom has a full-size bed. Wireless internet, cable TV (in shared living room), kitchen access and street parking are included, as well as access to laundry if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and on the West side of Oakdale. Guest(s) have access to private bedroom, along with a shared bathroom, living room, laundry, kitchen and exercise area. There will most likely be someone present during the guest(s) stay, as one of the other rooms is usually rented out by travel nurses on varying schedules. Oakdale is the "Cowboy Capital of the World." It is a quaint, small town at the foothills to the Sierra Nevada mountains and a 1.5 hour trek to Yosemite. A vehicle is the most used mode of transportation. For travel nurses, the home is located within walking and/or biking distance from Oak Valley Hospital and about 20 minutes from hospitals in Modesto. Street parking is available in front of the home. Oakdale is situated just about an hour and a half from beautiful Yosemite, so it is a perfect location to stay halfway and get an early start in the morning.
