Beachfront, ocean view condo near Rayong town

Very comfortable one room condo apartment at the best beachfront location near Rayong town. Soak up at our beautiful roof top swimming pool watching sunset or spend time on a running machine while enjoying the stunning river view. You can bring up meals/drinks from nearby shops to our rooftop dinning area for a private and special night. There are plenty of dining options in walking distance. Also attractive beach bars at night are not to be missed while staying at our condo. Our condo room is cleaned and managed by the reception. They will look after your keycards and hold your luggages during office hours (10~7pm) before/after check in/check out. The condo is 1 bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, water boiler, microwave oven, electric cooktop, rice cooker, sandwich maker. We have vacuum cleaner in cabinet and washing machine in balcony. We have shower over bath and the water pressure in shower is very good. The wifi is provided by the condo - it is unlimited and free. The TV has basic channels plus many foreign news channels. We have a large collection of DVD stored (mainly for your child) in the cabinet near TV and a DVD player. There are plenty of storage space as we have a large L shape cabinet which is suitable for a long term stay. When you open the balcony door and condo room door (please secure the door as it gets very windy), you would not need an air conditioner, you will love, love the cool ocean breeze. Free access to car park, roof top swimming pool, all common rooms as well as gym with the best view in town. Rooftop swimming pool and gym is accessible via steps from Level 8. You are welcome to bring food from outside - there is a water tap and sink at the dining room area for your convenience. If you are a smoker - please do not smoke anywhere in our condo room including the balcony - you can smoke at 1. River front seating area decorated with white chairs, 2. rooftop smoking room inside of dining room area which has stunning ocean view. You will see the smoking sign at both places. For any questions, please direct to the reception during your stay, otherwise please feel free to send me any questions via airbnb message board. The reception lady will help you with some local insights and even call/arrange a taxi for you. Rayong is a busy industrial town with rapidly growing population. Nearby you will find Koh Samet, popular island destination for both locals and overseas tourists. Rayong now has a Central department store for a convenient shopping experience and oldie but goodie Laemtong department store is closer to our condo. If you are seeking a quiet place with wonderful view near Rayong township, this private condo might be the one you are after. You will need a car to get around if you stay at our condo. Otherwise, you can hire a taxi from the reception. Plan your trip before you leave the condo and be ready to explore the area by foot as public transportation is hard to find here. The nearest convenience shop, Seven Eleven which is 3.6 km away from the condo and massage Spa shop, Ruan Sabai is 1 km away. You can buy drinking water, soft drinks from a local shop near Kantary Bay Hotel and it is about 800 meters away from the condo. There are lots of eating and drinking options within 500 meters of our condo especially at night. Please collect your keycard from our reception. The reception opens from 10 am to 6~7 pm for 7 days. The late check in can also be arranged but please send me an inquiry in advance. Daily room cleaning or laundry service can be arranged with extra fee upon request, please ask and pay directly to the reception. Checking out is simple, just return the keycard to the reception when you check out. If the reception is closed, please give it to our gate guard.
