You will love staying here. 2 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed each and a sofa bed in the living for extra people. Two bathrooms, one with a bath tub. An open plan kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, dish washer, fridge etc. Washing machine, Dryer are all provided. Free coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper and so on are available. Linens, towels, pillows, cushions. Quality toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing liquid etc. Car space and free visiting parking underground. A medical practice and a hair dresser shop is downstairs if you need any assistance or need to pretty up. The favorite thing I love to do is having a morning walking in the opposite Parramatta Park, you will enjoy the birds singing, fresh breeze and lovely fragrance from the eucalyptus trees. The unit is old style. It is 15 years building and it is 8 years unit after renovation. Silicon is old and color has changed. Furnitures are old but they are functionally well. I make sure it is high hygiene standard. I hire professional Airbnb cleaner to do cleaning before and after every guest leave. All the bedsheets are guaranteed to be changed for new guests. Toilet is washed, shower screen is washed as well. Carpet is professionally washed every 3 month. Aircon filters are washed every 6 month.
