North Buffalo Experience

This is an upper apartment in an owner occupied house off Hertel Avenue in wonderful North Buffalo. We are steps from restaurants, bars, boutiques and grocery stores. Minutes to UB, Buff State, Canisius College and architectural gems including the Frank Loyd Wright house. We are 15 minutes to downtown where the Sabres NHL hockey and Bisons triple A baseball play and currently Bluejays major league baseball, 20 min from Niagara Falls, Canada, the airport and Highmark Stadium home of the Bills. Keys can be left on kitchen table when checking out. The side hallway is the only common space between both apartments. There is no basement or attic access. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the street that is accessible from the living room. We are located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. The house is in walking distance to many amenities including a movie theater ,The Buffalo Zoo, grocery stores, Delaware Park, boutique shopping, dinning and bars. There are many events on Hertel such as special shopping days, music and festivals. There are major bus routes within a block of the apartment and about a 15 min walk to the subway station. Uber and Lyft are about 10 to 15 dollars to most places within the city. Most restaurants and bars are open in the area. These establishments are following all covid guidelines including the wearing of masks. Masks may be mandatory in some establishments.
