Located on a quiet street just 5km from the city, it is convenient with a short walk to bus stops, shops, and parks. Beaches are also only a 15-minute drive away! Each room has its own colourful vibe! Bedroom doors can be locked for your privacy. The beds are extra firm with memory foam mattress toppers for a good night's sleep. Your bedding is also all-natural material (100% wool, cotton or linen bedding and cotton towels). We have instant hot water, a shower with good pressure, and our bathroom products, are suitable for sensitive skin with no added nasties, so you can use with no worries! There is a bathroom and two toilets for your convenience. The entire home, except the garage is yours alone! We have WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a laundry for your convenience. Feel free to peruse through plenty of reading material, or chill in the garden. Enjoy an espresso coffee while chilling in front of a large smart TV, complete with Chromecast for you to access Netflix and more. We also welcome well-trained furry guests! The house features a small-medium doggy door to the fully-fenced backyard. If you like to bring your pet, please message us with further details. Our neighbourhood is residential and truly quaint even though only 5km from the city. The house is opposite a park and reserve, for when you like a stroll. There is also an outdoor gym there. Hawker Street is a hop and a skip away, with bus stops and local businesses. 4 buses go via Hawker Street taking you to and from the city in around 20 minutes. The Adelaide Entertainment Centre Tram stop for the free tram to the city is a 15 minute stroll or short drive away. And we're also a comfortable 20 minute walk from the hip Plant 4 Bowden!
