This charming home has all the original wood floors, columns and wood trim throughout! Built in 1903 and restored and updated in 2007! All the modern conveniences and old world charm! Guests have access to the entire house. The basement is used for storage - is dry and unfinished and probably not necessary for guests to use!! The laundry facilities can be used - upstairs. Detergent and dryer sheets are above the washing machine! I am available by phone. Local assistance is available and noted at the property! Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, restaurants, drug store, bars, and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy shores of Lake Michigan! Very close to start point of Rawley Point and Mariners Trail - bike paths. Once inside - guests will have access to the garage for one car parking! Please DO NOT build a fire in the fireplace in the living room! The chimney has not been swept and the house will fill with smoke!!The original fire trap door is heavy and can fall if it is opened!! Best to simply LOOK!! Don’t touch!!!
