Large open kitchen and living room with gas fireplace. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms with comfy beds and new linens for a great sleep. House is fully equipped with all basic home necessities . This home is in a great location on the upper west side , one block from the lake. 2 miles from North Higgins Lake State Park. Two blocks to Silver Dollar restaurant bar with great food and live entertainment . Close to ORV and snowmobile trials. Guests can use entire house and yard . There is a fire pit , chairs and wood for your use. Propane bbq grill. Guests may use our associations private beach at end of road . We also have two kayaks available for guest use Having over ten years of hosting experience we know our guests appreciate a prompt reply to questions or issues . We have a vacation home nearby and are available if you need anything . You can call or text anytime and we will be available to assist. Walk to the Silver Dollar Restaraunt . Two miles to the North State Park, one mile to West DNR launch . Phoenix Park township beach half mile away ORV and boat rental two blocks away Bring your toys! ORV and snowmobile trails close by! Ice fisherman’s paradise! We are right by Big Creek! You can walk to restaraunt , boat/ORV rental and a public beach that’s a half mile away. Bring your bikes! There is a new bike path near the north state park Golf carts and ORVs are allowed on the area roads with a trail permit They are not allowed in the state parks Covid free! We are taking extra cleaning measures to insure our guests stay safe! The house is disinfected thoroughly prior to your stay. . We also provide lysol and bleach spray for use during your stay. If you’re bringing ORVs I will provide info on local ordinances regarding their use in area.
